Hi! My name is Kelly Kluge. 

 

I created Heartwired AI because I saw a growing gap between the rapid acceleration of technology and the human experience of navigating it. In my work as a global transformation leader, I witnessed firsthand how overwhelming, confusing, and emotionally complex technological change can feel—especially when organizations push AI without preparing people, without building confidence, and without honoring the human side of the journey.

Heartwired AI was born from the belief that people deserve to feel supported, capable, and empowered in the age of AI. I wanted a space where I could explore the intersection of human behavior, leadership, culture, and intelligent systems—without hype, fear, or pressure. A space focused on clarity. On compassion. On making AI accessible and meaningful for real people doing real work.
